Rumbalaya Jerk Chicken Wrap

Our specialty!  Grilled chicken breast, basted in St. John jerk seasoning, served in a garlic herb wrap, with onions, lettuce, tomato and hot sauce for dipping.  Watch it, this one’s hot!

 

The Great American Hamburger

Eight ounces of Certified Angus Beef served with lettuce, tomato and onion (available with bacon, Swiss, American, Cheddar or Provolone cheese).

 

Fish Taco!

Lightly breaded and fried mahi chunks, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, and salsa on a toasted pita shell.  Delicious!

 

Veggie Melt

Fresh char-grilled veggies topped with melted provolone on a toasted bun.

 

Mahi-Mahi Sandwich

Your choice of grilled or blackened mahi-mahi, served on a sesame seed bun with lettuce and tomato.

 

Chicken Club

A tasty triple-decker delight made with grilled chicken breast, American cheese, bacon, lettuce, tomato and served on white or  wheat, with a dab of mayo.

Tuna Salad Pita

Yum! Made fresh and served with lettuce and tomato in a soft pita shell.

Ask your server about tonight’s fish specials! Our chef will be preparing a couple of tasty Island dishes that will make your mouth water!

Ask your server if we are in supply, sometimes those guys are hard to catch!

 

Seafood Diablo

A seafood medley—shrimp, scallops, calamari, and mahi—served in a spicy marinara over angel hair pasta.

 

Baked Scallops Provolone

Sea scallops, smothered in Provolone and baked to perfection in a garlic lemon butter sauce; accompanied by rice.

 

Fettuccini Alfredo

A classic!  Fettuccini noodles served with creamy Alfredo sauce (available with chicken or mahi).

 

Vegetable Stir-Fry

A tremendous combination of vegetables, stir-fried and served over rice with a hoisin teriyaki sauce.

 

Chicken Marsala

Savory chicken breast sautéed in marsala wine sauce and mushrooms, and served over angel hair.

 

Chicken Parmiagiana

Breaded chicken breast, baked with Provolone and marinara and sprinkled with Parmesan, on a bed of angel hair pasta.

 

Filet Mignon

8 oz. Certified Angus Beef wrapped in bacon, grilled and presented with classic Bernaise sauce; served with garlic roast potatoes and sautéed veggies.

Three large flash fried shrimp, coated in shredded coconut, served with a tasty mango dip.

 

Buffalo Wings

Six wings in our sweet, piquant sauce, with celery, carrots and blue cheese for dipping.

 

Quesadilla

A delicious tortilla filled with Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese, jalapenos, onion, green peppers,

black olives, and tomatoes served with salsa and sour cream (available with chicken).

 

Breaded Chicken Tenders

Four fried strips of succulent chicken, served with honey mustard sauce.

Six steamed pork dumplings served with teriyaki sauce for dipping.

Our chef’s specialty!  A touch of Caribbean in this New England style chowder.  Pronounced “konk”!

A treat in the heat...made with fresh vegetables and topped with sour cream.

Julius never made it to our island paradise, but thankfully his salad did!  Available with chicken or mahi.

 

Rumbalaya Tamarind Chicken Salad

Chicken, marinated in Caribbean Tamarind seasoning, romaine lettuce, peppers, onions and tomato;

flavored with pineapple, orange and avocado and served with a mango papaya vinaigrette!

 

Spinach Salad with Warm Bacon Vinaigrette

Served with tomato, black olives and sliced egg.
